What is Express National ID?

To apply for a National Identification Card in person, the applicant must visit any nearest Enrolment Centre of the National Identification Management Commission. You can also find the enrolment centres’ locations present all over Uganda.

All applicants must be 18 and over and are required to bring a hard copy of their valid Ugandan E-Passport (no photo copies accepted) and proof of Dual Citizenship if applicable. Applicants should also provide a copy of their parents National IDs if they are alive.
