HEALTH PROGRAMMES ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
| 1 | Certificate of Nursing & Midwifery, Pharmaceutical Sciences and Clinical Medicine | Direct Applicants(Form Four leavers) Applicants for the programme of must have completed FORM FOUR with atleast four (4) passes of atleast “D” grade or above. Among the four passes THREE of them must be of physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects. And forPharmaceutical Sciencestwo D’s must be of Chemistry and Biology |
