Here, they are giving you the opportunity to apply to study at ASUL by using their Online Application system.  This system is designed to assist prospective students who wish to enroll at ASUL. This system cuts travel costs and offers all necessary information in one place. The system will be available for use starting in January in-take.

To use the Online Application System you will need the following:

  • Scanned copies of your academic and identification documents.

Prospective students may also complete a hard copy application form. This can be collected at the downloaded at the the main university website www.asul.ac.ug. The use of the Online Application is optional and they encourage prospective students to choose the method more appropriate or convenient for them.Step 1: Gather information

  • Make sure you see a list of all courses offered and their tuintion fee.
  • If you have any questions, call the office of the academic registrar.
  • Take note of all programme specific admission requirements and deadlines.

Step 2: Pay & Scan

  • Before you start filling the online form, pay the application fee & scan all the necessary documents. e.g
  • UCE and UACE result slips>
  • Transcript
  • Passport size photo
  • School ID / National ID
  • Birth certificate
  • Bank slip

Step 3: Online Application

  • Before you start filling the online form, ensure to have the following:
  • Reliable internet access
  • Soft copies of the all the necessary documents including bank slip
  • Keep all copies of documents after submitting the form.

Step 4: Acknowledgement

  • The university will acknowledge receipt of your application.
  • If you are eligible for admission, you will be admitted to pursue your desired course.
