The certificate costs Shs5,000 which is paid in the bank. NIRA has offices in different parts of the country, including Mbarara, Arua, Gulu, Mbale, Main Post building, Georgia House and Kololo Ceremonial Grounds. Application forms can be obtained from the NIRA website.
