New Student

1.       1. Go to the Registrar’s office with your admission form to get an App number.

2.       2. Open your web browser (Mozilla, Google, etc.) and type this link; https://erms.bugemauniv.ac.ug/student/login/

3.       3. Click on the tab with New Student

4.      4.  Insert your APP number that you got from the registrar’s office

5.      5.  Go to the course registration Menu and click on it.

1.      6.  You’ll find all the subjects that are assigned to you in the semester.

2.       7. Click on apply if they are as specified in the bulletin.

3.       8. Proceed to the Hostel and register your residence status whether day, boarding or semi boarder.

4.      9. Go to the fees payment menu, select it, and then click on New Payment

5.     10.  Insert your phone number with mobile money on it plus the amount and then submit.

1.      11.  You’ll get a notice on your phone to input your code

2.      12.   You’ll get a paid notice in the portal with a receipt plus a message in your email box with a copy of the receipt.

3.      13   Proceed to BUSA Payment

4.      14   You can contact the Business office for the procedure of paying national council fees using this number 0776204215/0785901508

5.      15. You can then proceed to the Registrar’s office for the final approval and get a registration ID plus a registration card.

  Continuing Student without an ERMS account

1.       1. Open your web browser (Mozilla, Google Chrome, etc.) and type this link;
https://erms.bugemauniv.ac.ug/student/login/

2.       2. Click on the tab with Signup

3.       3. Feel in those spaces with first your user ID which is your registration ID then submit and check in your email for a verification link.

4.       4. Click on it and wait for approval from the admin in about 10 mins.

5.       5.  Proceed with the normal login.

  Continuing Student with an ERMS account

1.       Go to the login page and insert you registration ID/number in the space provided and press next.

2.       Then insert your password and login

3.       Go to the course registration Menu and click on it.

4.       You’ll find all the subjects that are assigned to you in the semester.

5.       Click on apply if they are as specified in the bulletin.

6.       Proceed to Hostel and register your residence status whether day, boarding or semi boarder.

7.       Go to the fees payment menu, select it and then click on New Payment

8.       Insert your phone number with mobile money on it plus the amount and then submit.

9.       You’ll get a notice on your phone to input your code

10.   You’ll get a paid notice in the portal with a receipt plus a message in your email box with a copy of the receipt.

11.   Proceed to BUSA Payment.

13. You can then proceed to the Registrar’s office for the final approval and getting a registration ID plus a registration card or call this no. in case you are not within; 0773149896

This is for those on the main campus and those on other campuses please contact your campus registrars.NB

Those with special cases like upgrading from one program to another, transferred subjects, exemptions etc. please contact your registrar’s office.
