BRAC, a global development organization, has partnered with The MasterCard Foundation Scholars Program to launch a national-level scholarship program in Uganda, providing academically promising students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds with access to a quality.

How To Apply For Brac Scholarship In Uganda

How-to-Apply: Interested and eligible are encouraged to apply, you are advice to take admission in the undergraduate and postgraduate degree coursework at BRAC University, Bangladesh. Download and complete these award application forms and send them to the Relationship Management Office (RMO), BRAC University.

  • Merit Based Scholarship: Up to 100% tuition fee waiver to those who obtained GPA of 5.0 (without 4 subjects) in SSC and HSC from Science, Arts and Commerce groups or have 7 ‘A’s in ‘O’ Levels (in one sitting) and 3 ‘A’s in ‘A’ Levels and up to 50 % for 6 ‘A’s in O level/IGCSE (in two sittings) and 2 ‘A’s and 1 ‘B’ (28 points) in ‘A’ Level (AAB).
     
  • Performance Based Scholarship: Up to 100% tuition fee waiver based on the academic result in each semester at BRACU.

The Financial Aid For Brac Scholarship In Uganda

  • BRAC Scholarship: 100% tuition fee waiver with living & book allowance for meritorious students from disadvantaged financial backgrounds (orphan or family income not more than Tk. 20,000/- per month) who obtained GPA of 4.0 (without 4th subject) from Science, Arts, and Commerce in SSC & HSC Examination.
     
  • Up to 100 % tuition fee waiver for students comes from needy family.
     
  • Up to 100% for physically challenged students on a case by case basis, to be determined by the Scholarship Committee.
     
  • 50% tuition fee waiver is applicable for spouse, offspring and siblings studying in BRAC University.

Note: Student who gets enrolled later is eligible for tuition waiver.

Academic talented students are hereby opportune for BRAC University International Scholarship. Applications are hereby invited from international undergraduate and postgraduate students. BRAC University International Scholarship | Eligibility Criteria

Candidates are expected to meet the following eligibility criteria

  • The award is available for Undergraduate & Postgraduate program in various courses offered by the University.
  • Students enrolling full time in the semester/year for which the scholarship is awarded.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Candidates must be highly motivated, responsible, and able to work independently in a structured manner, has good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • English Language Requirement: Applicants are required to provide evidence of meeting the University of Bristol’s minimum English language proficiency requirements.
