List Of RCC In Uganda

President Yoweri Museveni has today released a new list of Resident District Commissioners (RDC) and Resident City Commissioners (RCC) where Kampala’s Hudu Hussein has been transferred to Yumbe.

Among those who have eaten big include former Uganda Muslim Supreme council (UMSC) spokesperson Haji Nsereko Mutumba who is now the new Kayunga district RDC. Mutumba replaces Kigozi Ssempala who has been moved from Kayunga to Mpigi.

Kawempe RDC Mariam Nalubega Sseguya has been sent to Kiboga while former MP Saleh Kamba has been appointed as the new Jinja City Resident City Commissioner.

Fred Bamwine has been moved from Nakaseke to the National Resistance Movement secretariat.

“I hereby inform the country that by virtue of Authority given to the President by Article 99(1) and 203(1) of the 1995 Constitution of the Republic of Uganda, hereby appoint the following RDCs, DRDCs, and Commissioner at RDC’s Secretariat,” he tweeted.

The reshuffle has also seen a number of them (RDCs and RCCs) shifted including their deputies.
