Apply In-Person:

  1. Application for registering a Medical clinic in Tanzania is available in Tanzania Medicines and Medical Devices Authority.
  2. Applicant must provide all the information that is requested in the application form.
  3. Applicant should make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all the necessary documents for completing this procedure.
  4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Applicant should attach all needed documents (photocopies and originals if necessary) along with the application form before submitting it in the office.
  6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
  7. If all these steps were followed properly by the applicant, the approval will be provided within 1 week.
  8. If there is no information regarding the availability of the approval either through SMS, E-mail or a phone call, then the applicant can visit the office to know status of their application after 1 week.
