Requirements For Making Liquid Soap In Uganda

Liquid soap means soap that is a form of a liquid made from salts of vegetables and animal fats; it is a perfect cleansing agent, especially with floors, robes, outdoor wear, things made of leather-like bags, shoes, belts, suitcases. To thicken liquid soap base, first make a salt water solution. Then, pour your soap base into a mixing container. Add a small amount of the salt water solution directly to the soap base, and stir. The amount you use will depend on how thick you want the soap to be.

Soap is a salt of a fatty acid used in a variety of cleansing and lubricating products. In a domestic setting, soaps are surfactants usually used for washing, bathing, and other types of housekeeping. In industrial settings, soaps are used as thickeners, components of some lubricants, and precursors to catalysts. Different oils give different amounts and different types of lathers, so many soap makers turn to sugar to increase the suds. Adding a bit of sugar to a soap recipe can help make a light, bubbly lather with large bubbles when the oils you’re using do not lather up as much as you’d like.

Put 2kgs of Nitroso in a bucket, add a reasonable amount of water and stir for about 10 minutes until it is well mixed. Pour 1kg of sulphonic acid in a bucket, add a relatively small amount of water and stir vigorously until the black colour turns into a white lather. Liquid soap business is a kind of soap making business where you produce and sell liquid soaps. These soaps could be made in any process and in a variety of colour. The liquid soap business is profitable if you know how to calculate your cost to get your profits.
