A copy of the birth certificate
Two passport-size photographs of the applicant
A Copy of the School Leaving Certificate from the previous school
Copies of recent Progress Reports from the previous class, issued by the last school attended
A Copy of previous public exam results
Two recent passport-sized photographs
A copy of passport (page with photo and personal details)
A recent school report and/or a leaving certificate
Where external exams have been taken, the results certificate
Completed application forms

Who qualifies for secondary school in Uganda?
Pupils who pass their PLE can progress to secondary school.
