SEKOMU is a higher learning institution established by Tanzania’s North Eastern Diocese of the Evangelical Lutheran Church. Starting as Sebastian Kolowa University College (SEKUCo) of Tumaini University on 28th October 2007, it was the first university to be opened in the Tanga region.
