Entry Requirements)
Candidates must be holders of the Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (A.C.S.E.E) with at least two principal passes in any Arts subject.
They must have at least three (3) credit passes in the Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (C.S.E.E O.level) including English. In addition, the applicant must have scored in the Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (A-Level) a total of 2.5 points or more in appropriate subjects at the same sitting.
The points are based on the following scale: A =5, B+ =4, B =3, C =2, D =1, E =0.5, F =0..
ii) Candidates must hold a Diploma in Public Relations or Marketing with second-class or credit or B-average standing from an institution recognized by the University and or by Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU).

Minimum Entry Qualifications:
