2023/2024 Student Registration In Uganda

Student Registration is the confirmation of the admission of the student to the specified year/semesters of the academic programme by the university, after submission of a completed online admission form along with uploaded scanned photocopies of specified documents and online payment of the specified fees for the programme. Student registration is valid only during registration period . The university assigns unique ‘Student ID’ to each student. The university also assigns unique ‘Permanent Registration Number (PRN)’ to each student when he/she is registered for the academic programme during the first fresh admission.

Procedure For Student Registration In Uganda

Activate you student portal account and enroll

Access the Student Portal.

Log in using your student number printed on your admission letter as your username and password. The system will prompt you to enter your student number again and

Request for a reset token (This will be sent to your phone or your Registrar can generate token for you).

Use the token and set your own password (It could be as simple as your telephone number or student number)

Login into your account using student number as username and the password you have set in above

Then Enrollment by selecting the appropriate enrollment options.

Cost For Student Registration In Uganda

Registration fee is UGX 164,000 and additional fee for UGX 15,000 for each private candidate. For UACE, registration is UGX 186,000 and additional fee for each private candidate is UGX 18,000.
