Survey Services means the professional services, labor, materials, supplies, testing and other acts or duties required of the CONSULTANT under this Agreement, together with Additional Services as CLIENT may request and evidenced by a supplemental agreement pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Surveying makes it possible to build and create maps by observing and recording characteristics of the land as well as the distance between various points. For centuries, cartographers utilized manual surveying techniques to build and create maps of the physical layout of land. Surveys are research methods used for collecting data from a predefined group of respondents to gain information and insights into various topics of interest. They can have multiple purposes, and researchers can conduct them in many ways depending on the methodology chosen and the study’s goal.
Two basic principles of surveying are: • Always work from whole to the part, and • To locate a new station by at least two measurements ( Linear or angular) from fixed reference points. area is first enclosed by main stations (i.e.. Control stations) and main survey lines. There are several types of research methods. Exploratory, descriptive, and causal are the three main types used in survey research.
Property surveys are done to determine or confirm land boundaries, such as the plot of land a home sits on, and any sub-surface improvements, like a septic tank or well. They also identify other types of restrictions and conditions that apply to the legal description of a property, including easements or encroachments. There are two main types of survey: A questionnaire, where a list of questions is distributed by mail, online or in person, and respondents fill it out themselves. An interview, where the researcher asks a set of questions by phone or in person and records the responses.
