Cost Of Taxi Services In Uganda
The basic fee is UGX3,000.00, the kilometer price is UGX3,000.00. For standing and waiting time, UGX6,000.00 is charged per hour. The price for a taxi to or from Entebbe is approximately 15,000 UGX. A taxi from Kampala Entebbe Airport to the centre of Kampala costs 110,000 UGX (25 euro / 30 dollar). You can recognise official taxis by the yellow colour and black letters “AIRPORT TAXI”.
