Procedure For Trading License Application In Uganda
Clearance from Ministry of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives for non-nationals. For new business – original certificate of registration (Business name) OR certificate of incorporation (Company) – Uganda Registration Services Bureau. Original KCCA receipt for the previous year indicating existing business.
Required Documents For Trading License Application In Uganda
Identification: passport/ Driving permit/Voter’s card. Original KCCA receipt for the previous year for already existing business. Original certificate of incorporation of the company for the new business.
Original work permit/entry permits. Original certificate of incorporation of the company for the new business. Original Company form 7 • Identification of Directors • Original rent receipt and tenancy agreement from the land lord for the new business.
