UBTEB Conducts Modular Assessments For Special Agricultural Programmes

In accordance with the BTVET Act 2008 on flexibility of TVET and TVET Policy 2019 as well as NDPIII,the Board has commenced assessment of 150 candiates pursing commercial coffee production,banana production and dairy production. The hands on assessment starts on 27th to 28th October 2022 at Ssesse Farm Institute and Rwentanga Farm Institute.

The Board will issue the 150 trainees being assessed Certificate of competence in relevant modules.

Under modular and specialised programmes, the training is intensive with major focus on practicals. The Board ensures the observance of the standards in regard to the on spot and practical assessment of the candidates using professionals from the industry and staff of the Board.
