Uganda College Of Commerce Kabale (UCC Kabale) Fees Structure

The finance department of UCC kabale welcomes you to this Website. The department is comprised of staff headed by the Accountant. Each staff has duties and responsibilities assigned to him/ her and performs their duties in a coordinated manner. Members under this department work as a team to achieve the goals and objectives of the college.

FEES STRUCTURE
The fees structure of UCC kabale under all programs offered by the college is affordable. The fees Structure is presented to the Finance, Planning and Development committee for scrutiny and later presented to the Governing Council for approval before being implemented. After the Governing Council has approved the fees structure, the budget is prepared and submitted to the Ministry of Education and Sports for the minister to approve.

POLICY ON FEES COLLECTION
The policy of the college on fees collection is that, a student is required to pay atleast 40% tuition on reporting and 60% tuition before registration for examination and 100% two weeks before examinations begin. All College dues must be paid through the bank using college Bank slips obtained from Accounts section.

GRANTS

The college receives grants from the Ministry of Education and Sport. This grant helps the college in the following ways;

To help in catering for students at the college by providing meals
To pay for utilities, scholastic materials , minor repairs and maintenance.
To facilitate students in form of living out allowance since the college does not have its own hostels.
To facilitate students and staff during industrial training .

Fees structure is categorised into two; UCC fees structure and kyambogo fees structure.
