UNEB Letter Of Verification – How to apply as an individual or non-individual:
Letters Of Verification/Confirmation Of Results
Currently, UNEB does not issue duplicate certificates. In case of loss/damage of result slips and/or certificates, an “Ordinary or Hard-Card” Letter of Verification of results is issued to serve the concerned Candidate.
These are also issued on request by individuals, educational institutions, employers and government agencies that carry out investigations. UNEB Letter Of Verification
UNEB Letter Of Verification- Apply for Letters of Verification As an Individual
Instructions: To apply online for Letters of verification/confirmation of results as an Individual, You must have the requirements below. (Note: upload pdf, jpg, jpeg or png files)
A) An Introduction Letter from the Former School addressed to the Executive Secretary, UNEB.
B) A Valid Identity Card C) A Letter from Police, in case of loss or damage of Slip/Certificate.
D) The Payment is 50,000 Ugx for an Ordinary Letter, 100,000 Ugx for a Hard Card that serves as substitute for a Certificate and 300,000 Ugx for Political/Special Verification documents. (Payable Through Airtel/MTN Mobile Money or Bank Deposits) Click here to Apply as an Individual
Note: Application on behalf of another, Authorization Letter and Identity Document from the Candidate is Required.Note: Maximum upload file size is 2MB!, Make Image File’s Size Smaller before Upload. (esp. Pics taken by Phones)
Apply for Letters of Verification As a Non-Individual
Instructions: To apply online for Letters of verification/confirmation of results as a non Individual, You must have the requirements below.
A) A Scanned Letter of Request addressed to the Executive Secretary, UNEB.
B) Excel File with a List of Candidates Details

C) The Payment is 50,000 Ugx per Candidate. (Payable Through Airtel/MTN Mobile Money or Bank Deposits) Note: Maximum upload file size is 2MB!, Make Image File’s Size Smaller before Upload. (esp. Pics taken by Phones) Click here to Apply as Non-individual.
