URSB Online Company Registration In Uganda
The online application requires that you scan and upload copies of the certificate of incorporation or registration, Tax Clearance Certificate for companies registered or incorporated in Uganda issued by Uganda Revenue Authority, National Social Security Clearance Certificate for companies registered or incorporated.
Requirement For URSB Online Company Registration In Uganda
Search for the business name.
Reserve the Business Name.
Obtain Certificate of Incorporation.
Obtain an Investment License.
Obtain a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
Obtain a Trading License.
Register with National Social Security Fund (NSSF)
Make a Company Seal.
Steps For URSB Online Company Registration In Uganda
Gather your certified identity documents.
Go to the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) website.
Indicate if you are a South African or not.
Type in ID or passport number.
Login with your user code and password. .
Click ‘transaction’ to get into option dashboard. .
Click company registration.
Process For URSB Online Company Registration In Uganda
Generate payment assessment through the URA portal and make payments using any method of your choice i.e. through the bank, mobile money etc.
Scan copies of the documents for submission.Scan copies of identification documents for directors and secretaries, memorandum and articles of association, form s18 (application for registration of company, statement of nominal income and notice of appointment of directors.
Fill the application form and attach the documents scanned in 2 above. All fields mark with an asterisk(*) are mandatory
Upon completion, click the submit bottom to submit your company for registration. An email will be sent to your email with a ticket number that you can use for following up on the request
NOTE: If the email entered is wrong or empty,the email field will turn to red.Incase of a wrong email,click on the clear email button before entering a new one.
