Isbat University Admissions : When do I apply for admissions?
There are Two admission intakes in a year. Admissions for the
a. Spring session begins from early January and ends mid March
b. Fall session admissions begin from early June and ends mid September.
Isbat University Admissions : How do I know if I am eligible?
You may check on the eligibility criteria in the admissions page. However, ISBAT University reserves the right to admission for a specific course to ensure quality and may change in line with the prevailing policies. If you are not sure about it then you may come and talk to our Admission Assistant and assess your qualifications for entry into a programme of your choice. Evaluation of your eligibility is a must and must be done with the Admissions office.
Isbat University Admissions : Should I bring my original certificates at the time of admissions?
YES! You need to carry all your academic credentials in original when you come for your initial scrutiny thereafter you will only deposit the certified photo copies of the relevant documents.
Isbat University Admissions : How do I know if I am selected?
The Admissions Office would confirm about the status of your candidature depending on the relevance of documents furnished for admissions. If not you will be notified about your ineligibility.
Isbat University Admissions : When am I supposed to pay for the Admissions?
You will be allowed to pay for your admissions only after you have cleared the document scrutiny and verification.
Isbat University Admissions : Can I discontinue my course immediately after Registration?
Yes you are free to discontinue at any time but with a clear communication and justification to the Admissions office.
Isbat University Admissions : Will the fees paid be refunded if I discontinue?
No. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Isbat University Admissions : Can I change the course after registering for a specific course?
Yes, Course transfer can be taken before the orientation day, subject to the eligibility of the course that you applying for a change. This should be done with the consent of your parent / sponsor.
Isbat University Admissions : I am a foreign student; will I get assistance from school to get a “Student visa”?
Yes, the school will provide assistance for the student to process the ‘student visa’ but the student must have completed all financial obligations with the school for that year and should maintain good attendance record and be of good conduct.
Isbat University Admissions : Will I be restricted from choosing my course?
No, students have the choice to choose their course of interest but they will be guided and motivated to make a choice to comply with their interests and academic scores besides their area of expertise. The choice also depends on the minimum standards / points needed for eligibility to the specific course that you may be asking for.
Isbat University Admissions : Can I pay my tuition fees in Installments?
Yes, you may pay your tuition fees in installments as per the schedule given to you at the admissions office
Isbat University Admissions : Do I get text books for my course?
Yes, the University publishes its own books for all the UG degree courses and it is given to the students for their personal reading at no extra cost.
Isbat University Admissions : What are the timings of the courses? I am working!
ISBAT University schedule classes catering for all class of people. We have day batches that start at 9:30 am to 3:00 pm all five days a week. We also offer Evening classes for working professionals between 4:00 pm to 8:00pm.
Isbat University Admissions : Do you have week end classes?
Yes, our weekend batches for PG programmes start from Friday 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and on Saturdays we start from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Isbat University Admissions : Do you have co – curricular or extra curricular activities for students?
Yes, we have many activities that students could be a part of. Sports activities and extra-curricular activities are scheduled at the beginning of each semester.
