Lira University cherishes professionalism, effectiveness and efficiency, accountability and transparency, team work, gender responsiveness, sensitivity and concern for the elderly and people with disability as our core values.

Unlike other universities, Lira University gives graduates their academic documents (Transcripts and Certificates) on the day of graduation ceremony so that they(graduates) can comfortably compete for job opportunities with immediate effect.
