DIPLOMA IN NURSING AND MIDWIFERY COURSE – NTA LEVEL 4

DURATION:
Duration of the course is (1) one year for Certificate Course

i) The entry requirements for the Basic Technician Certificate in Community Health Certificate Programme are:
The minimum entry requirements to the diploma in nursing and midwifery course shall be Possession of D in biology, D in chemistry and D in physics. A pass at D grade in English language or mathematics is an added advantage..

ii) Return the form with the following attachments:

One recently taken passport size photograph
Original Bank Deposit slip of Tshs 20,000/-
Certified copies of Ordinary certificate and birth certificate

Non refundable fee of 20,000/- Tanzanian shillings should be deposited in the Kulangwa School CRDB bank account.

UPGRADING DIPLOMA IN NURSING AND MIDWIFERY COURSE

DURATION
Duration of the course is (1) one years for a Certificate course.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
i) Entry requirements for the Upgrading Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery Course Programme are:

Enrolled nurse (EN) with registration certificate and license to practice from Tanzania Nurses and Midwives Council (TNMC).

ii) Return the form with the following attachments:

Two recently taken passport size photograph
Original Bank Deposit slip of Tsh. 20,000/=
Certified copies of Ordinary secondary certificate and birth certificate

Applicants who completed their secondary school education outside the country should attach their certificate and equivalent qualifications obtained from the national Examination Council of Tanzania ,for their academic certificates

Non refundable fee of 20,000/- Tanzanian shillings should be deposited in the Kulangwa school crdb bank account.
