Yohana Wavenza Training Health Institute (ywhi) is own by Moravian Church in Mbozi province, Songwe -Tanzania with registration number .NACTE Registration number (REG/HAS/114 ). And was established in 1995 for serving students interested in health subjects and the purpose is to help community becoming better in health issues

How to join our Institute

#1 Application

Applicants who wish to be enrolled in our courses programs should apply through the CENTRAL ADMISSION SYSTEM (CAS) Online that has been established by THE NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION (NACTE). 

Therefore both NACTE and MoHSW have agreed to utilize a Central Admission System (CAS) to coordinate application and admission into Health Training Institutions starting academic year 2023/2024.

#2 Entry Requirements

NURSING AND MIDWIFERY PROGRAM The entry requirements are adopted from MoHSW and NACTE. With a pass in Biology D, Chemistry D, and Physics D.A pass in Mathematics and English is an added advantage.

Community Health. Also, entry requirements are adopted from MoHSW and NACTE. With the minimum pass of D for four subjects among four one pass should be for the science subject.

#3 Registration information

No student will be allowed to register or attend classes before paying the required fees. Fees are paid in full at the beginning of the academic year or in two installments at the beginning of each semester. Fees paid will not be refunded if a student withdraws or leaves the Institute. New students must submit relevant original documents within the two first weeks of reporting.
