JOB DETAILS:
Post: Female Security Officer
Responsible to: Site Manager
Location: Kisinga, Bugoye Kasese
Contract Length: 1 year renewable contract (subject to a successful probation period of 4 months)
Agri Evolve (U) Ltd are seeking female security officers to join the current team of staff. The role will involve being responsible for security at the site in Nyabirongo, Kisinga, and/or the Bugoye site as well as projects and work within the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Keeping all company property safe and secure at various company sites of operation
• Communication with all visitors
• Recording all visitors through signing in and out
• Informing other staff of potential security risk
• Removing any unauthorised visitors or trespassers
• Communicating with police or army personnel
• Ensuring safety of staff and property while working in the surrounding communities

Key Requirements:
• Able and willing to work day and night shifts
• Experience and trained in all aspects of security, including weapon handling
• Respected in the communities where he or she will work
• Keep accurate records as required
• Able to work under supervision and use the correct reporting structure
• Willingness to develop and learn new skills though training provided by the company
• Positive and welcoming towards authorised visitors
• A good communicator with the ability to speak languages Lhukonzo and English to a good standard
• Educated in school to a minimum of Senior 4 Level
• Must be living in the Kisinga sub-County and able to attend to sites quickly and at short notice or Kasese for the Bugoye site
