APPLICATION GUIDELINES
• Please complete this form in BLOCK LETTERS using blue or black ink
• Your application will only be processed once we have recieved a reciept confirming the application fee which can be paid either a the Bursar’s office OR at the GT bank using the university pre-printed bank slips
DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED
• 1 Copies of previouse academic documents to support your eligibility for entry into the programme of your choice
• 2 Copies of National Identity Card , Passport ( for international Students), and Birth Certificate
• And 5 Coloured passport photographs
